However, if you are not completely satisfied, we will be happy to provide an exchange or full refund within fourteen (14) days of delivery as long as the product remains unwashed, unused/unworn, undamaged, unaltered, tags intact, and with the original packaging. Please be advised, all shipping costs associated with any return will be the responsibility of the customer and are nonrefundable. We recommend obtaining a shipping method that offers a tracking number to avoid the possibility of loss or delays.
Products that show use or wear are ineligible for refunds. For sanitary reasons, when trying on bathing suits, please do so with underwear and do not remove the protective liner.
Any claims for items lost or damaged in transit must be made directly with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control (i.e. weather), nor do we assume responsibility for reimbursement/compensation in the event a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled.
Refunds or exchanges will be processed and/or shipped within one week after we receive the returned product(s).
All discounted items or clearance items are sold as is and therefore not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
We will attempt to refund the original debit or credit card used to make the purchase. If the card has expired or is invalid, you will be contacted for an alternative refund method. Please note, your financial institution may take up to 10 business days to post the refund to your account.
