This Privacy Policy shall govern and apply to anyone accessing or using the website located at www.delyxltd.com, which is owned and operated by LYX, LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Delyx LTD (hereafter “Delyx LTD,” “we,” “us” or “our”). 14. CHILDREN / PARENTAL CONSENT.
The Site is a general audience website, but children under thirteen (13) years of age may not establish an account or provide any personal information on the Site. Our Site is intended for users who are thirteen (13) years of age and older. If you are under the age of thirteen (13), you are not permitted to submit any personal information to our Site.
